Welcome to Voice of the Middle Ground
As a Christian Educator, Leader, Mentor, or Informal Leader, the challenges you face are unique and shaped by context. You need Biblical resources that can support this complexity. And, you need these resources to be credible and culturally competent.
Voice of the Middle Ground (VotMG) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. With over 5 years of ministry experience, we’ve got you covered. We partner with you to focus on fostering
- authenticity,
- community,
- and diversity,
and to do so while removing barriers to the gospel.
Current attitudes toward cultural competency and diversity leave one question open: Does the Bible speak about these things? Understanding that the Bible does and that Jesus’ heart is for everyone, including those whose lived experiences include these things is transformational. You’ve likely made it to this site because you understand that. But you might not know where to start. Let’s walk together on this journey.

Pure and Clear Gospel
The mission of VotMG upholds the great Lutheran tradition of evaluating that we keep the Gospel’s message pure and clear in light of human society and culture in each era of history.
Much Needed for Our Day
Voice of the Middle Ground is an organization that shows great foresight in the way that it draws upon needed community efforts and resources.
Speaking Truth in Love
The need for creating a Christian understanding (and practice) of cross-cultural and multi-ethnic relationships in today’s world has reached a critical point. We need the Holy Spirit’s wisdom and help to grasp what it means to “love one another as ourselves” and to “speak the truth in love” in a 21st century world which is becoming smaller all the time.Opportunities for Community
It means a lot to know that there are other Christians who care about the topics Voice of the Middle Ground addresses. I’m grateful for the opportunities to get involved with its events.
