VotMG Pillar Hub
The Church is uniquely positioned to make a difference in communities and to contribute to the healing and reconciliation of the same. The primary function of the Church in these roles is the appropriate application of law and gospel. Such becomes difficult when one doesn’t understand the context in which this application is taking place. In our journey to partner with churches and communities, Voice of the Middle Ground focuses on establishing context within these areas: diversity in churches, mental health, childhood education, returning citizens, police officers and first responders, intergenerational trauma, and community building.
Each of these areas is important to allowing the light of the gospel to speak to such areas where there’s a need for healing and reconciliation. The Bible provides the foundation and framework through which Christians must look at these issues. In matters of human distinction, the Bible itself establishes that all of us are in need of the gospel and all of us are in need of redemption. It is this most basic understanding that transforms hearts and lives and that is at the heart of VotMG’s partnerships with ministries in our approach to the aforementioned categories. The goal of this hub is to provide direct resources to help with this.
